All the photos I have taken have unfortunately been wiped after my external hard drive fried ⅓ of my journey through Europe. These photographs I have downloaded through Booking.com are an actual representation of when I visited this property. I do not claim any rights to these photographs.
The Ibis Budget is a sub brand of Ibis, the cheapest and most minimum out of the several Ibis brands. Ibis is owned by ALL (Accor Live Limitless), which can be booked directly through the ALL website and also earn points through stays.

Check In:
As my bus arrives in Paris early morning after travelling from Amsterdam overnight, I had to leave my luggage somewhere so that I can maximise my day, unfortunately when I got to the hotel (which took me a good while to find the entrance because it was all gated off and I did not realise that there's a small gate entrance that I can enter on the side) the receptionist told me that there's no storage facility on site, which I was slightly disappointed and also thinking that I am going to waste half a day of my 2 days in Paris, however she was kind enough to let me store it in their food storage room (okay she was slightly arrogant about it but at least it saved me some time in trying to find a place to store and having to pay extra).
There is a cafeteria style restaurant right by the reception that serves breakfast, or you can get something from the vending machine. There was nothing happening there when I was there and doesn't seem to serve as a cafe or restaurant for the rest of the day.
The subway station is about 15 minutes walk away, but there are buses that run near the hotel and it takes 5 minutes to get to the station.
The Room:
Given it is a budget hotel, there isn't much that you should/can expect from them, however they do give you all the bare minimum necessity for your stay, such as towels, shower gel and shampoo.
There is also a small desk for you to do some work if you wish, there is no air conditioning but it seems like a heater is available (I did not test it as it was rather warm). There is also a TV and a small sink by the window tucked around the corner of the room and it is a bit of a walk from the shower/toilet to the sink if you need to use it while doing your business.
I was on the 1st floor that is facing right by the car park, it gets noisy when people are coming in and out, or people driving past or having a party on the street for whatever occasion.
Another budget hotel next door:
Right next to the Ibis Style hotel, within the same property ground is the hotelF1, which is also owned by ALL. They are a different brand to Ibis but is also a budget hotel. Before booking this room, I did a little research and found out that the hotelF1 amenities are much less compared to Ibis Budget, such as towels are not provided but can be rented for additional fees. By inspecting photographs, it seems like the room and toilet may be slightly smaller as well. The prices are similar, although usually a few dollars cheaper, could be more than $20 cheaper at certain dates. So if you are truly a budget traveller, then this might be something worth looking into.
Conclusion:
For a price of 42.70 Euros per night, it is considered to be very cheap in Paris since many hotels even for Ibis closer to the city centre to be more than double the price. The location is just outside the city roughly 40 minutes away by metro. The minimal essentials are sufficient for people who are travelling and do not spend much time in the hotel, and it is definitely an option that is on par with Airbnb, but with the freedom and additional privacy. If you don't mind the outer city journey in exchange for the price, then this might be one of the cheapest hotel you can stay in while visiting Paris.
