I would like to apologize in advance if the photos are not clear, I screenshot these from my video footage, I didn't take any stills as it was a short stay and I was really tired.
Easy Hotel, if you haven't figured it out, is part of EasyJet and operates several budget hotels across Europe.
They have several categories of rooms, but they are mostly small and on the budget range.
I booked the smallest room, walking into the room hit me, it's a shoebox.

On the left, a small toilet with the toilet door/shower door combined (closing it between the toilet and room will left the shower and toilet without a barrier, vice versa). There are basic amenities such as towels and body wash/shampoo but nothing fancy or more than that.
The bed is in an elevated frame, both sides have a small gap which you can store some small items or walk to the bed. A charging port is installed on the right side as you can see from the photo.
The room has a heating/cooling system, however when I got to the room, the window was open (and it was under 3 Celcius outside), I appreciate the ventilation but not when it's near freezing.
The room doesn't come with wifi, coffee/tea or any amenities other than the ones listed above, however they do have a vending machine on the 1st level which you can buy, but it was out of order when I tried it. You can buy wifi pass and TV pass if you are staying for a long duration.

If you have a lot of luggage or is a large person in general, this room may feel very tight, as you can see from the picture that there isn't much space in general.
This is a budget hotel after all, if you are travelling in a budget, this is definitely a good option as you still get the basics and a comfortable and clean room. If you have some extra cash to splash, you can upgrade to their business room which is slightly bigger and comes with a lounge chair.
Conclusion
It is a good location and cheap, staff was alright and it is a good option especially for people on an overnight layover flight, instead of spending a lot of money on a hotel near the airport, taking the train into town and stay here will save you a lot and you can also explore a little bit of Frankfurt.
Do expect to pay for wifi and other amenities, if those are essential for you, they are not too expensive either, but I would recommend getting a sim card with a large amount of data so that you do not need to spend extra on wifi and you can also use those data on the go.
UPDATE:
EasyHotel has officially provided with some additional comments:
Since that time we have change some thing. We are happy to announce that TV and Wifi available at our reception, free of charge. once again thank you for your comments. Your easyHotel Team Frankfurt City Center
For anyone who needs Wifi for a short period of time, they can head to the reception to take advantage of it. This is great news given Frankfurt is a huge hub for international travellers, and many of them would not have a European sim card with data or roaming, which is very handy if they just need to browse for a place to eat or contact family members/friends.
Most European train stations and airports would provide free wifi anyway, and although at times could be difficult to get a good connection, it is still mostly accessible to travellers. I do recommend getting a sim card with data if you are going to be staying in Europe for more than a few days, which will come in handy if you need navigation and such.
